Dear Editor Assalaamu alaikum, Alhumdullilah we have been blessed with Islam. It is up to us to convey it. And the best way to do that is by being a good example. That means everything we say and do, we need to try and be the best at it. We need to be the best in manners, the best in speech, the best at out jobs, the best in our schools, etc. We need to be friendly with our neighbours and coworkers. They need to see us for who we really are and what message we are carrying. It is pleasing to see Islamic Times writing about issues which as a Muslim I feel are important to the upbringing of our children in a non muslim society. We may not always like living in a country like Britain with its declining morals and values, but you wont see many people leaving will you? Not really. So whilst we are here, we need more people like yourselves doing the work that you do. May Allah grant you success Inshallah.
