Boycott Israeli Goods [BIG] campaigners; hit on a new way to pressurise the racist Zionist regime. Saturday February 10th in the weekend before Valentines Day, saw a mass picket outside the West London depot of the Israeli company Agrexco. 100 activists from all over the country gathered outside the depot stopping Agrexco’s Carmel brand fruit, vegetables and flowers leaving the depot in Hayes, on their busiest weekend.
The BIG website pointed out that February 10th and 11th would be the busiest day for Israeli flowers leaving the depot, going to the High Street stores, for the Valentine’s Day sales. “ It certainly made an impact, the Hebrew speaking private security guards, were taking photographs, and watching the picket very anxiously” said Nasser a protestor from North London.
“I would strongly encourage Muslims join these boycott actions which are supported by all the Islamic and Nationalist movements in Palestine ”
Nasser added.
